I've now completed two of my 10 images. I plan to present them as a set of 10 glossy postcards.
Still feeling BLAH about this project, but I'm pleased with these two images. I think they definitely show how my drawing skills (AND MY DIGITAL SKILLS!!) have refined and developed over the year, and for that I'm pleased with them.

Originally I just had the houses set against a plain background, but thought that it looked a bit dull and wasn't really conveying my message of "stay in sometimes, rather than going out and getting floored every night". I think adding in the little collage stars was a good idea, as it adds an extra visual dimension and (I hope) better communicates the "night" part of the image.
GOAL: Someday get round to making these houses into little porcelain brooches. Think they'd look lovely.
